6. ** SAME DAY RESERVATIONS** Passengers can submit online same day service requests from 6:00 am until 6:00 pm, Monday through Saturday. Same day service is provided only at certain times from 9:00 am until 11:00 am and from 1:00 pm until 7:00 pm. ** PRIOR DAY RESERVATIONS** Reservations must be made by 11:00 am the day prior to your trip request. Reservations for Monday must be made by 11:00 am on Saturday.
